AES 139th Convention
Sonic Vista Studios (SVS) had the pleasure to attend this year’s latest AES convention, the Audio Engineering Society’s 139th forum in New York City. Gathering all the movers and shakers in the audio industry, it was a pleasure to see all these great minds at work and witness the new tools they’re offering to the creative music community.
SVS had great meetings with DiGiGrid, Slate Digital, Waves, Auspurger, Quad Studios, TSU, Millenia Media, Sean C Kennedy and the great producer/writer Leo Sacks (Earth Wind and Fire as well as the Bar-Kays to name a few).

Gibson Brands’ first event in Ibiza in conjunction with Pete Tong’s International Music Summit 2015 (IMS) at the Hard Rock Hotel.
On 20th March, we hosted the #Back2Live concert together with the IMS, a #RockTronic fusion of electronic with live performance at one of the island’s greatest outdoor venues.
This video talks to some of the artists that performed that week including underground DJ Uner, April Towers, Penny Foster of Power Dress, Dave Lubin of This is a Recording, the Barcelona duo Thalab & Amir from Rudimental hosted by our in-house Chief Magic Officer Craig Anderton, DJ/Producer Arthur Baker and Wall of Sound’s Mark Jones.
